My Dad's 71st birthday was on the 4th of March and I baked some cupcakes for Sunday tea. A friend of mine has been going for icing classes which she in turn showed me. We spent the Saturday afternoon, baking and icing cupcakes.
They came out really pretty and I was so impressed with myself. I really enjoyed baking and making different icing - I need to do this more often.
We made a special diabetic cupcake for for my Dad with candles and everything.
