Background - Distress Inks

There are excellent backgrounds to be made. Somehow I just don't seem to get this right.  I have however been playing a lot with the Tim Holtz Distress ink and love it, love it...love it...

On this background - Swipe  yellow, marmalade and green paint Tim Holtz distress ink pads onto a craft sheet.  Mist the inks with water from a spray water bottle.  This should cause droplets of the different colours.  Press the white card stock onto the wet ink, rub at the back of the card stock to ensure that the whole surface is covered.  As soon as the ink has dried, you can add more droplets by tapping the card on the inked craft sheet.  This time do not press down rather splash the card around to create splashes on the card. Once dry stamp image and sentiment onto the background.

Watch this space - I'm going to be famous! :)
